HAPPY NEW YEAR! RESOLUTIONS?? BUONI PROPOSITI PER IL 2016

Un nuovo anno, un nuovo inizio. Buoni propositi per il 2016?? Andare in palestra, seguire una dieta, dedicare più tempo alle persone che amiamo, cercare di realizzare i nostri sogni,  imparare una nuova lingua... Ogni anno ci auguriamo sempre il meglio ma a volte per pigrizia non riusciamo a realizzare quello che abbiamo in mente e rimandiamo, rimandiamo inesorabilmente..
Con gli anni ho capito che purtroppo, il tempo non torna indietro..  Vi invito a vivere ogni giorno come se fosse l'ultimo, con intensità, fino all'ultimo respiro, cercando di prendere il meglio da ogni situazione.

A new year, a new beginning. Resolutions for 2016 ?? Go to the gym, follow a diet, spend more time on those we love, try to realize our dreams, learn a new language ... Every year we hope always the best but sometimes laziness do not achieve what we have in mind and refer, we refer inexorably ..
Over the years I realized that, unfortunately, time is not coming back .. I invite you to live each day as if it were the last, with intensity, until the last breath, trying to take the best of every situation.
