Una torta semplicissima da realizzare dove servono solo 3 ingredienti. Un dolce senza farina GLUTEN FREE perfetto anche per chi ha intolleranze al glutine.
Durante i giorni trascorsi a Barolo ho avuto il piacere di gustare la torta di nocciole una delizia della tradizione delle Langhe che accompagnano con dello zabaione ma vi assicuro che è buonissima mangiata anche da sola o con una pallina di gelato alla vaniglia o una colata di cioccolato.. (potete sbizzarrirvi con la fantasia..)

During the days I spent in Barolo I had the pleasure of tasting the hazelnut cake a delight of the Langhe tradition that they accompany with zabaglione but I assure you that it is delicious even eaten alone or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or chocolate pouring .. (you can play around with your imagination ..)
